About Resonant Coaching
Everyone can become a more authentic, resonant, and effective leader. But that doesn't mean it's easy or automatic! We all have moments of uncertainty and wonder what to do next. Through coaching, we'll explore your values, context, and aspirations to develop insights and courageous actions that lead to meaningful growth. I'm here to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your potential and achieve your goals.

I use grounded, evidence-based coaching methods aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) competencies, standards and ethics.

About Me
I'm a physician, professor, and leader with over 25 years of experience in higher education and academic medicine. I love working with individuals and teams at all levels, including medical students, residents, physicians, faculty, and other executives. I've had the joy of helping develop three new medical schools (so far!) and serving in an array of leadership roles, including curricular dean, student affairs dean, department chair, and senior education dean. In addition, I've held national leadership roles in medical education and received awards for leadership and innovation in medical education.

On a personal level, I am a husband, father, friend, musician, runner, skier, adventurer, and lifelong learner.
In each of these roles, I've been surprised again and again how we all are capable of more than we think!
